How to start eating healthy again after an extreme crash diet?
Hi!
Ok, so Ive been eating healthy for the last month, and I feel great!
However, I really used to crash-diet! Like, for example, I would go on eating nothing for as long as 5 days, and then the next five days I would eat one bowl of soup. Then, Id eat like a pig for the next 10 days (food would ALWAYS be in my mouth).
I had help from a proffessional, and was able to start eating healthy. Now Im happy and don't need to diet or overeat.
However, I was wondering, after a crash diet like mine, can one actually start eating healthy, or do the portions need to be smaller, and then bigger and bigger over time? Would one still gain weight?
