<p><b>Quick and easy weightloss?</b>
<p>Im and 14 year old girl. over the summer i lost quite a few pounds at camp from just the heat and losts of water and all the walking, i jut lost it naturally. I feel like i am gaining it back and i have also wanted to be skinny for such a long time. Im not fat but im not skinny either and i just look at the people on TV and think thats how i need to look if i want to be an<span id="more-36"></span> actress. Also i am bigger than all my friends and its not a fun thing to be around. I want to lose about 15 lbs to be the wieght i want to be, but i want to lose the first 3 or 4 in the next week or so for my cousins bat mitzvah. after this week i will slow the weightloss down, i just want to lose a few before i go out of town next friday. What i am trying to ask is what do u think the easiest way to do that is. I dont have much time to get a whole meal ready and i dance 4 days a week at school for 80 minutes. i try to go to the ym once or twice a week, i just dont see any difference. I am sick of the just eat right crap, i need something real. How do i lose 2-4 lbs in a week and 15 overall, in an easy way?</p>
